SatEvo decay list #26 (issued 1997 March 2)
Time for another batch of SatEvo decay analyses and predictions.
As usual, the "Actual?" decay dates are estimates based on the final
available elements. Pegasus debris are included only if I predict
their decay before end-March; other objects are included to
end-April.

1. #24708 decayed on February 24, in contradiction to my posting to SeeSat-L
on the 27th to the effect that nothing had decayed since the 23rd. Apologies
for missing it at the time.
2. No recent elsets.
3. #23894 is again identified incorrectly as 96- 29 KM in the current NASA
60-Day Decay Forecast.
