With respect to the predicted SatEvo orbit evolution I posted yesterday,
these yield residuals (OIG-SatEvo) increasing from -17 to -108 seconds.
The corresponding SatEvo predicted decay times are Mar 20.3, 20.3, 20.2,
20.4 and 20.0 respectively, though the quoted first and second
derivatives of the mean motion don't all appear too secure.
