Hi everyone,

Coming back to my message two days ago, I've created a new temporary mailing
list devoted to discussions of the possible creation of a Usenet newsgroup
devoted to visual satellite observing. You can subscribe by sending a
message with SUBJECT: subscribe 
to UseSat-L-request@iris01.plasma.mpe-garching.mpg.de

Let me add that from the discussions so far, it is pretty clear no-one 
wants to change SeeSat-L, so that won't happen. We, at UseSat-L, will keep
you up-to-date on how the discussions go. More opinions are always welcome.
