Hello

I have been observing satelite's for 6 month's and enjoy it. I have a
question which is. what program's are available to give me a TLE from
observed position's( R/A and DEC ) at a certain time . I have not been able
to find any on the internet. I would like to generate my own TLE and compare
it the expert's TLE to see how god I am at measuring position's.
