My old NPOE prediction for FSW-1 #22870 decay is again in sync
with latest elset's Mean Motion. This also means that the
current ndot2 is lower than predicted, and it could decay
after Mon. Mar.11 at 1400 UT, which is the current prediction,
and closely matches Mike McCants'
Please report your observations from Thursday on !
