Manfred Besters sattrack software has an option to generate predictions
of solar transits by satellites. It's available as C source with make
targets for various UNIX platforms though.

You can find at at

ftp://nic.funet.fi/pub/ham/unix/satellie/sattrack.v3.0.tar.gz

with a patch file to v3.0.1 in the same directory.

regards,
