Does anyone know of an app that I can download that has that option? I literally read a couple books about app development tio try to create my own but gave up.

To help coordinate the timing I recorded my voice on a portable tape recorder giving a countdown for me then for him. I started the recording a specific minute before and I had to be diligent in making sure everything was recorded at just the right time when I made the tape. Not a particularly easy task, but it worked very well.
