There is a Starlink 8 pass over Los Angeles and Las Vegas at 11:10UT 
this morning 16th June that will have the same phenomenon, that is 
panels facing to the nadir. But whether they will have been darkened 
into knife-edge mode by then is unknown. The last elements from late on 
15th June UT suggested no orbit raising had started.
