There is a Starlink 8 pass over Los Angeles and Las Vegas at 11:10UT this morning 16th June that will have the same phenomenon, that is panels facing to the nadir. But whether they will have been darkened into knife-edge mode by then is unknown. The last elements from late on 15th June UT suggested no orbit raising had started. regards Richard On 15/06/2020 12:53, Richard Cole via Seesat-l wrote: > Paul, > > From the time and location, and hence the Sun azimuth, the panels would > have been facing almost straight down (elevation -74 deg and to the > southeast) and thus you would have seen their full face.
