starlink 7 and Falcon launch visible over belgium 22 minutes after launch

Although cloudy I was able to observe and image the recent Falcon
9/Starlink 7 launch over Belgium some 22 minutes after launch.(01:48 UTC)
I saw two very fast moving objecs moving over(more than 80deg) and was able
to make some pictures of it.  Very strange to see a wave pattern on the
original picture.
