SpaceX has now posted 1:25 UT (June 4: local June 3) as the launch time aimed
for on their website.

Here is a (slightly revised) TLE estimate:

STARLINK 7
1 70027U 20999A 20156.05902778 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 00
2 70027 053.0000 171.1328 0108848 047.3098 323.7328 15.97089282 08

Note that, as this is an estimate, there is a possible pass time uncertainty of
about 1 minute or so on this TLE on the first revolution.

Satellite release is 15 minutes after launch, over the Northwest Atlantic.

Some 23 minutes after launch, around 1:48 UT (3:48 CEST, 2:48 BST) the Falcon 9
and just-released clump of satellites (it will not yet be a 'train') will pass
over northwest Europe, in morning twilight.
