As it is I cannot get past Mag 13 or so with my sat tracking equipment
(4" refractor and garden variety DSLR set up for shortish focus) under
brilliant large city light pollution. Attempting to track most ISON
objects is a waste of time.

But this opening up of tracking data was always going to happen, if only
to satisfy tit-for-tat..
Hopefully it is presented in 3-line format and not an obscure format
requiring translation each time.
