LightSail-A: post-sail deployment elements

Probably final update added Jun 18 at 17:30 UTC, with a revised decay analysis. The findings are very similar to those
of Sunday, but based on the complete set of radio tracking data, and a different analysis of the events believed to
define the likely time of disintegration. Included are a few plots that show the dramatic nature of the final descent.
