Erratic Flashing Unid Seen

I'm very new to satellite observation, and this is my first message to the

Right ascension: 21h26m29s
Declination: 40° 40' 25"

Very erratic flashing, varying intensity, object visible for all of about
five seconds. I unfortunately have no photo or video to share...not sure if
it's possible to ID. Possibly a rocket body or debris?
