IGS 1A photographed accidentaly with ISS

    Hi all,
    yesterday a twitter user uploaded a photo of the ISS and a bright flash of
    mag -3 of an unkonwn satellite:

    This correlates potentially with IGS 1A japanese classfd satellite.

    There are no IOD or FPAS because of the observer's position low accuracy.
    
    For have a reference, the 4 bright stars of the left are the main stars of
    Ursa Minoris constellation.
