SATOBS 2012 June 18 correction

    The obs previously reported as being of 09-68A / 36108 /
    WGS 3 were of 09-07A / 33595 / Express AM-44.  Thanks to
    Mike McCants for pointing out my error.
    
    Here are correct positions for WGS 3 which was unusually faint.
