IGS 1B reentry update

    Hi all,
    
    Time for an update on the upcoming uncontrolled reentry of IGS 1B (2003-009B):

    It has lost over 25 km of orbital altitude over the last month, and perigee 
    altitude has currently dropped below 340 km.
    
    Nominal predicted reentry date (using Alan Pickup's Satevo and a solar flux of 
    130) is 24 July, +/- 2 weeks.
