    Hi Tom,

you can search satellites with certain orbital parameters, such as
inclination, in the advanced search page at satflare.com:

    http://www.satflare.com/advsearch.aspx

fill the green section with your parameters or pass them through the link.

For example, you can find the objects with inclination in the 40-60 degree
    range with this request:

    http://www.satflare.com/advsearch.aspx?mininc=40&maxinc=60

(If you push then the "Track all these objects" button, you can even see all
of them around the 3D Globe)

    Best Regards,
    Simone

within certain ranges of inclination; like any in the area of 40 - 60 degrees
etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
