NRO hands over two spare Keyholes to NASA

    The NRO has handed over two spare Keyhole satellites in storage in a cleanroom 
    in Rochester, NY, to NASA, for use as a space telescope.
    
    USA 224 was thought to be one of two spare KH's built after the 2005 FIA optical 
    component was axed, but apparently there was yet another one.
