    much better for the day after but there are a number of us hoping to observe
    the transit through appropriate viewing devices, so I'll pass the message on

    Incase anyone lives in the right area of Canberry, then hopefully you spot
    TIANGONG 1 predicted to pass the sun, during the venus tranit. So keep an
    eye out for fast moving dot, are whatever it will appear as, as it zip's
    across the solar disc.
    
    Transit to occur around 2:18 utc ( June 6 ) The sun is 33 degrees above the
    horizon, and the satellite is over 580 km away at the time.
