Greg Roberts has observed Vortex 6 after one of its periodic longitude correction manoeuvres, which occur at
    approximately 200 day intervals.

    Here are approximate elements:

    Vortex 6 31670 X 39920 km

    2 19976 6.6902 14.2127 0978122 233.4322 117.0711 1.00244300 04
Arc 20110618.73-0618.73 WRMS resid 0.003 totl 0.003 xtrk

The mean motion is an estimate, based on the quadratic relationship between longitude and mean motion over the past
couple of years. It was near 37.81 E, drifting west at about 0.106 deg/d.
