    The spacing between the NOSS 3-5 pair is about the same as that of earlier 3rd generation NOSS. I expect them to
    continue to drift for a time at their present mean motion, until they reach the optimal location within the
    constellation, whereupon they will manoeuvre to match the current mean motion of the constellation, about 13.4057 rev/d.
