    Russell Eberst reported that IRS-P3 (96017A / 23827) varied irregularly on 2009 Sep 01 and 2010 Mar 28. On 2010 Sep 08,
    he observed a regular variation over a period of about 20 s. The flashes on your stacked image appear to be roughly that
    far apart.
