Ed Cannon, Mike McCants and Alberto Rango, reported 05042A / 28888 missing
last night. Alberto saw an object ~90 s later than his expected intercept of
05042A, which is consistent with the results of a reboost manoeuvre.

The manoeuvre likely occurred on Jun 03, between about 10:00 and 19:00 UTC.
If it occurred at the perigee passage of 11:18:29 UTC, then it would be in
    this orbit:

    1 70000U 10155.87381619 .00017883 00000-0 16177-3 0 07
    2 70000 97.9070 219.4445 0530000 94.7328 271.4590 14.79545340 01

Tonight, it should pass within about one minute of the time predicted by the
above. It is more likely to be late than early.
