    Hi all,

Just saw USA 81 (92-023A) attain easy naked-eye magnitudes briefly while
traversing through the Boo/Com area in twilight: flickering like a mad stroboscope.

Have it on photograph. Brightest magnitudes maybe +1. Much fainter once overhead.
