    Russell Eberst, Pierre Neirinck, Alberto Rango, and Brad Young, contributed
    observations used to determine the following element set.

    Brad kindly sent me the observational details of his three observations, which
    enabled me to identify what I believe to be the correct reference stars. I used
    ObsReduce to scan along the predicted track, +/- 5 s of the observation time,
    with the program set to the mode in which it compensates for Earth's rotation in
    the interim. The three pairs of stars I found all put the object about 2.5 s
    early relative my 09163.03933604 solution. They yield the following points:
