Bram Dorreman, Russell Eberst, Gerhard Groenewald, Alberto Rango and Brad Young,
contributed observations used to determine one or more of the following element
    sets.

Russell reported an observation of 07005C on Jun 02 UTC, and pointed out that
this was the second UNID reported by Bram Dorreman on May 18 UTC, between
    01:53:14 UTC and 01:54:35 UTC:

Here are approximate elements, that pass through Russell's point, and close to
the latter two of Bram's less precise positions:

On June 01 UTC, Gerhard Groenewald imaged 06829A, which was about 4m23s late
relative 41 day old elements. Greg Roberts reduced the observations, which I
    have put into IOD format:

    90070 06 829A   0000 G 20090601163942000 16 15 1505490-185646 18 S
    90070 06 829A   0000 G 20090601163955000 16 15 1511360-185447 18 S

The exact times remain somewhat in doubt, but the uncertainty of perhaps several
seconds, is far less than the 4 min prediction time error of the old elements,
so using these observations will improve the orbit.

Assuming I understand the various posts, Gerhard's site coordinates are 26.06747
    S, 30.11763 E. I obtained the approximate altitude, 1690 m, using Heavens-Above.
