Scott Campbell's observations of 2008 Jun 27 UTC, reveal that USA 129 did not manoeuvre, contrary to my earlier report: http://satobs.org/seesat/Jun-2008/0163.html The strongest indication of a manoeuvre had been Brad's single point of 2008 Jun 26 UTC, which showed the object running about 11.5 s late relative recent elements; however, relative a seven day arc, ending with Scott's new data, Brad's point is about 10.4 s late, indicative of a time error - perhaps a misread stopwatch, or subsequent data entry error. If it is a simple 10 second reduction error, then Brad may be able to salvage the point. This error should not detract from Brad's greatly improved accuracy and reliability in recent months. He has taken his game to a new level, much to our benefit.
