Help with UNID

    Can't ID this one from last night:
    Position @ 2:54:13 = 17h 20m -12, moving east (approximately 30-35
    inclination from what I could tell). It was first noticed at 2:52:54,
    approximate location = 16h 50m -15. Flashes bright and obvious to naked eye,
    but followed with 12x60s.
