    Topex would be what you observed. Jason 2 would pass first, followed by Topex, then Jason 1.

    Nothing wrong with the orbit for the Delta 2 R/B used to place Jason 2 into orbit. That the orbit the rocket was to be placed into, after Jason 2 was seperated. They removed it from the orbit Jason 2 was in, are 
    " deorbited " it, from the Jason 2 orbit. So after Jason 2 was seperated, they performed Evasive and Depletion Burns, to place the second stage into the orbit, it ended up in. So not the typical " deorbited " you would think.
