Typically when they do the "shakedown" (testing of all controls and ailerons) astronauts have reported it shakes the shuttle a bit. A couple of missions back a piece of suspected gap filler broke loose and floated away after a shakedown and it delayed the landing by a day so they could re-run the OBSS scan.
