    Dear Observers

Russell Eberst and I have recovered the two pieces of fairing from the
Japanese IGS 4 launch early in 2007. They are only visible in the summer
from this latitude (52N). They are bright naked eye and quite steady after
leaving eclipse in the south, but as they travel north they flash wildly.
Since they haven't been seen since last August, there's no way of telling
    which is which.

I have a 2-day arc for 07-5E, so ndot is very uncertain.
I have a single transit for 07-5F, and I'm assuming its orbit is very
    similar to E's.
