Before I couldn't use the " Retrieve TLE Data by Satellite ID Number " option.

Today the Bulk Data Downloads, started acting up. When you download the files found in " Current
Catalog Files " , there's nothing in them. Also applies to the " alldata_2007_171.zip " found
under Complete Data Files. The rest of the Complete Data Files are fine.

Better get the bug spray out!
