    I have to admit David that having looked at the Russian images , I am 
    somewhat
    disappointed !
    
    When you consider the "detail" we can get with humble back garden scopes and 
    hand tracking ........which isnt that far from the Russian results , I was 
    expecting to see a quantum leap in quality....but that wasn't so.
    
    L2 was a particular let down , although a couple of others were promising.
    
    It makes me wonder if in fact these images are just the ones for public 
    release.....and they can in fact get much better resolution than they are 
    letting on.
    
    Of course , I'm sure that if we saw what they could do with say , ISS , at a 
    lower orbit , then no doubt we would be impressed.
