Bill Gray of Project Pluto ( GUIDE fame) has provided the 
following orbit for 91118 based on my recent observations 
reported earlier:

 From 13 observations 2007 June 12-13;   RMS error 7.759 arcseconds

This he obtained using his freeware program FIND_ORB.

As Mike has demonstrated this object is in fact the lost 
Milstar 5 Centaur rocket so object 91118 now dies.
