EUTELSAT 2-F2 flashing report

    While I was tracking Express 1 ( 23319 ) a geo sat I observed to be flashing the other day

    to see when it might give brigh flashes, another geo sat on my list to observe, was observed to be
    flashing slowly.

    I observed flashes at the following times ( June 11 UTC )
    
    2:58:22 
    3:13:48 
    3:24:59 
    
    They were slow one's, and reached into the 7th magnitude range.
    
    Not enough data, to produce a PPAS report.
    
    I also observed a quick flash at 3:31:29. It look to be a multi flash. Was in the 8th magnitude
    range
