    Finally, valid orbital elements were issued for the fourth 
    of the new Globalstars, and we got to see all four of them 
    in one evening using official elements.  But they were 
    fairly low in the northwest and quite faint.  
    
    For the fourth evening out of five, we were clouded out 
    early.  I think this is unprecedented in the last eleven
    years.
