    Looking again at the video, THURAYA 1 ( 26578 ) looks to be slowly rotating, so a possible
    flashing geo sat, ie very very slow flashing.
    
    I might be seeing things, will have to look at it, when it's even higher in the sky.
    
    It's a Boeing HS702 series, with the solar concentrator. It's also got a big antenna.
