On the second pass earlier tonight, at about 4:12-15 UTC, Mike and I saw three of the new Globalstars. A minute or two after the third one another object came along that seemed to be in a very similar track, although it seemed fainter to me than the others, and I didn't come up with a match using Findsat. On the other hand, the Findsat results seem to indicate that maybe the first one had already gone by when we looked. The objects (as of this morning, so far) are: 31571 07-020A "Globalstar A" 31572 07-020B "Fregat Deb" 31573 07-020C "Globalstar B" 31574 07-020D "Globalstar C" 31574 07-020F "Globalstar D" On the first pass, the order of the predictions I had (possibly with different elements?) was: 31573 31571 31574 31576 and I did not get a prediction on that pass for 31572 (or maybe I deleted it due to being in a hurry and noticing only its common name and not noticing that its number was in the above sequence). On both passes, object 31574 was supposed to be followed ten seconds later by 31576, but that prediction was not confirmed on either pass, and Mike was trying to find it with his telescope. Anyway, I'm tired and must give it up for now and so that's about all I can say about that, and I'm hoping that Mike will clarify things. A flashing geosynch with a period of about 69 seconds was seen very near the predicted positions for the Globalstars on the first pass. I haven't had time to try to ID it. I tried a couple of hours later to see if it was Gorizont 23 (91-046A, 21533) but did not see that one at that later time.
