    Radio observations indicate that the orbit was adjusted significantly about
    2007 Jun 2, 19 days after the last notable change.  It seems that the
    orbital period increased by about 0.35 min from 717.62 to 717.97 minutes.
    
    The current derived value of ndot2 is .0000120.
