I found out for some reason, I am having problems with the following software http://www.elementmanager.com/ That was causing it to show, NSTAR 2 in different orbital slot's on different days. It's the software, because I got weird results with 26608 also. So everything fine, with the orbital data for NSTAR 2 ( 23781 ) Kevin Be smarter than spam.
