GALS 2 appeared steady the other night

The other night while checking on flashing geo sat's that are on my list, I decided to aimed at
GALS 2 ( 23717 ) to see if was flashing. Not sure what day and time I was looking at it, but it
was bright and steady, ie no flashing. Not sure what magnitude it was, but it was easy to see on
the tv screen.
