Last week, I was using my low light video camera in the end of my 4 ince refractor, to observe flares of Telstar 402R ( 23670 ). I find once it's around the anti solar point, it gives some nice flares. Now they are not super bright on the tv, but still nice to observe. Last time I had observed it, it seemed to be 23 minutes between Flares. When I observed it last week, it was down to 17 minutes. Will have to observe it again, and see.
