    Suitsat was watched briefly in telescope starting above Alpha 2 Canum
    Venaticorum at 02.31.11 UTC. It was traveling at 1.27 degree per second at
    an elevation of 184 miles.
    The ISS made a long pass a few minutes later. It was watched with the
    unaided eye
