    Thank you Pierre Neirinck, for the alert of 05042A's small reboost manoeuvre.
    Pierre observed it 29 s late on 2006 Jun 15 near 21:00 UTC. 6.5 h later, I
    observed it nearly 52 s late.
    
    Also observed Resurs DK1 and its rocket (same pass that Kevin Fetter videoed)
    and agree that as of epoch 06166.85, 06021B (29229) is the payload, and 06021A
    (29228) is the rocket. Odd that so far, there is only one elset of the payload,
    but five of the rocket.
