If price were no object, I'd build and launch an inspector spacecraft that would go into orbit and observe the satellite in close range, in Hi-Def TV as well! ;) This would be somewhat more than a million dollars though. Goal to be getting best astrometry with the possibility of using it for satellite pictures when things get boring.
