    If price were no object, I'd build and launch an inspector spacecraft that 
    would go into orbit and observe the satellite in close range, in Hi-Def TV 
    as well!  ;)
    
    This would be somewhat more than a million dollars though.

    Request for opinions on a satellite observing device, start with
    assuming price is no object, then
    comments on the order in which to water features down.  Goal to be
    getting best astrometry
    with the possibility of using it for satellite pictures when things get
    boring.  In looking through 
    the archives it looks like it has been several years since this was
    discussed and I thought 
    some of the new toys may have modified thoughts.
