The tracking telescopes at the Clay Center will be attempting the 2 30 
degreeish passes of Cosmos 1 at 00:44 UT & 02:26 UT (peak times) from 
Boston.

Will post ya's or na's after the passes, unless other news is heard about 
before then.  If anyone sees it between now and the second pass listed 
above, please send me a direct email with late/early and cross track 
information based off the elements Ted provided.
