At 22:06 UTC, the Cosmos 1 web site reported that U.S. Strategic Command attempted to radar track the spacecraft over both Shemya and Kwajalein, but "they have not seen anything at either station yet." Weather permitting, I have a marginal pass of the planned orbit in a few hours, at 02:26 UTC, which I will attempt to observe, unless there is a definitive statement in the interim that the spacecraft failed to reach orbit.
