    We have the pre-launch orbital elements on Heavens-Above, but at the 
    request of the Planetary Society we have marked the object as not being 
    in orbit until the launch so as to avoid confusion. You can still see 
    the predictions by using a direct URL like this;

    You will have to change the latitude, longitude and timezone 
    accordingly. We set up the preditions so the people at the Planetary 
    Society could check them out before launch. After the launch, the 
    predictions will be available on HA as usual.
