    PPAS observations from last night (June 12 UTC/June 11 local).
    
    19531, NOAA 11 (If not NOAA 11, then I don't know what it was!)

    The following two were both in the FOV of the 8x42, at about 
    roughly RA 15:30-50 (about 5:30-6:15 UTC).  I only managed to 
    see four ASC 1 flashes, but it may have flashed between those.
