The Magnitude will depend on a few factors. One the angle of the solar sail with respect to the sun, as this determines where the sunlight that gets reflected off the solar sail goes. Then how high the solar sail gets in your sky is another thing you have to watch for. Only sure way to know, is to wait for it to get into orbit, and observe it. My thoughts on this.
